    You communicate clearly, follow through and build good working relationships with owners, architects and trade partners.

    A builder’s technical strength

    The core of this business is being effective builders and managers. That takes real knowledge of the specialty trades and how the work goes together, and it includes safety.

  3. 03

    Contractor skills

    CPM scheduling, estimating, bid leveling, takeoffs and the rest of what it takes to run the commercial side of a job.

  4. 04

    Working with AI

    You are willing to learn and use AI in your work. If you already use it, show us what you have done.

We look for people who have a passion for construction, work best when collaborating and are motivated to learn and grow their careers.

AI is part of the work

Everyone who joins is expected to learn and use our AI tools as part of their work. We develop those tools around our construction processes, and the team checks the output before using it.

We work together on site, learn from experienced builders and take responsibility for the decisions we make.

Training

Training and development

We train people at different stages of their careers, whether they are learning the technical side of construction or bringing years of building experience to new tools. We would rather teach the right person than pass on them.

If you have experience as an assistant project manager or a project engineer, you can ask for our PM readiness questionnaire when you connect with us. It comes to you by email in two parts, and we follow up with you individually.
