Preconstruction
We work with ownership and the design team while the design progresses, through the details and how they will be built, so the program fits the owner’s budget and schedule duration. You receive a budget, an open issues log, a schedule, a procurement study, site logistics and value engineering recommendations.

General contracting
We plan the job in detail before mobilization, so the first day of construction has a clear path forward. During construction, we proactively communicate with the full team so key decisions can be made while there is still time to act on them, and closeout is planned months ahead to streamline final inspections and the handover process.
General contracting services - 03
Owner’s representative
We represent the owner from the first program through closeout: the master budget, selecting the design team, entitlements and permitting, and oversight of construction. On our design-build work, you get the same support inside one contract, without a separate representative fee.

Scheduling
Critical path schedules, schedule reviews, scorecards and program management, built with our custom tools and the experience of having built to a schedule in the field. We stay proactive, so the team pushes forward and clears roadblocks before they hold up the work.

Used together or on their own
Preconstruction leads into the construction contract, so what is learned while the design progresses carries into the build. Owner’s representative support comes inside our design-build work or on its own. Scheduling is offered to owners and to other general contractors, on one job or across a company, whether or not we are building it.
