What we look for
Trade partners we can plan a job with
We want to work with trade partners who understand their scope and take an active role in pre-planning the job with our team.
For each project, we discuss who will manage the work, the crews available and the other commitments the firm currently has. We also review its experience on similar projects and its safety record.
During construction, we expect the trade lead to prepare ahead of scheduled work, identify anything that could hold it up and work with our team to recommend solutions. That includes ongoing coordination with the other trades as conditions change and the work progresses.
How we work with trades
Plan the work together
We review the weekly look-ahead with the foremen against the master schedule, confirming the information, materials, access and preceding work each trade needs. Each trade receives a briefing covering its upcoming activities, open submittals and outstanding questions.
Requirements for as-built drawings, manuals and warranties are included in the contract before work begins.

Tell us about your company
This short form is the first step. If your trade fits the work we have coming, we follow up with a fuller intake: insurance, references, bonding where a project needs it and the size of job you are set up for.
