This site describes how MacDougall Builders works and what it builds. It is general information, not advice about your project, and nothing on it is an offer to do work or a price for work. Any work we do is governed by a written proposal or contract signed by both parties, and that document controls over anything on this site.

Classification B, General Building Contractor. You can verify the license with the Contractors State License Board.

Illustrations

Drawings and examples on this site, such as the sample owner report, the hotel room tracker, the examples on How We Use AI and the examples in our blog posts, illustrate how we work. They do not show a real project or its data, and the drawings are not construction documents.

Our content

Text and drawings on this site are owned by MacDougall Builders. Photographs are credited to their owners where known and remain their property. If you hold the rights to a photograph on this site and have not approved its use, email hello@macdougallbuilders.com and we will credit it correctly or remove it promptly. You may read, print and share this site's content for your own use in considering a project with us. You may not copy it for commercial use or present it as your own.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another site, such as the Contractors State License Board, we do so for your convenience. We are not responsible for its content.
